My pc has javascript error message pops up. My OS is vista.

I deleted everything on my hard drive by mistake. I have the Windows XP disk, but everytime I turn on my computer it says “operating system not found”. I tried putting the disk in but nothing changes. I restarted the computer with the disk in and nothing happens. I have a Toshiba Satellite laptop if that is necessary information. Help!!

I have windows 7 and ubuntu on my hard drive, I just want step by step instructions on how to remove the ubuntu part and dedicate the whole 300 GB to windows 7 without ruining anything.

When i was playing a game my screen just black out. I turned off my pc but when i turned it on it shows the acer logo then it said no signal. I search windows vista no signal on google and i think i read the problem is changing the video card resolution. When I play games the resolution changes and when i’m not. I am not very well good at computers so i cant understand much about the problem like drivers,usb,lcd,etc. I really need help.
