Which version of windows 7 should I upgrade to?

Which version would be best for me, Windows 7 Home Premium or Windows 7 Ultimate?? I really just use my laptop for Uni work, internet, music etc however there’s not a big difference in price between the two versions.

Can I install windows 7 oem on a second hard drive?

Going back to Vista from Windows 7 RC after the version ends?

What if you don’t have the Vista CD as i don’t cause my computer came with the OS. HP has its on Factory Image and its own recovery manager but can you use that to go back to Vista? If not then what could you do?
