My computer got struck by lightning (yea I know, I got a fucking surge protector.) so I’m building a new one. I still have vista, and since the computer it was on is not accessible now, and will not access the internet, is it possible to put vista on this new computer?

You can, but the license will not be usable anymore on the other PC. Im not 100% sure on this one though.
No this is you can not as many tried before and did not work…you need to try to download anything yo see if microsoft ca read your license or not and see if that work or not it may fool them…Good luck
Normally, yes. MS will accept major changes after several months (3, I think) of not having to reinstall on the original computer.
When I was trying to get my XP machine modernized I went through so many incremental changes that the automatic process sent me to humans who asked what I was doing. I explained, they wrote it down and gave me a big long number to enter in place of the key. After that the key was good again.
As long as you can honestly say the computer is being replaced there should be no problem.
yup.
as long as the old computer is dead, tht shud be fine, i guess.
try
