I am using a Del Inspiron 6400 with Windows Vista Basic Installed on it. One problem am having is activating the vista aero glass transparency feature. Could someone please help me get a solution to the problem?

The version of windows vista your using does not come with the Aero feature.

I think this option comes on vista ultimate not vista basic.
