How can I make a Windows 7 computer show all computers in the network from the Network icon?

This is a large network and when I click on the network icon, I only see computers that are running Windows 7 and not the Windows XP computers. Any ideas?

This resource should tell you how to see all computers on the network (even though they are running different operating systems) – http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows7/Why-can-t-I-see-other-computers-on-my-network.
