Windows 7 has a start up animation, where balls of light fly together, to create the windows logo. I want to know how to by pass this, so that I can speed up my start up time.

Even if you could, it wouldn’t speed up the start-up time. It’s starting up while the animation is playing, and the animation uses little-to-no resources.
