When I start up my other computer, it goes to the windows xp logo sign like its loading up. Then it freezes and 2 seconds later, it restarts and it does the same thing over and over again. I know that someone hacked into my computer to change the BIOS thing. So, does anyone know how to format/reinstall Windows xp?

If someone hacked into the BIOS why not just reset it to it”s factory defaults rather than reformat your hard drive?
To get into your BIOS press F1, F2 or Del while your computer is restarting. There should be a screen during the boot sequence that tells you exactly which key you need to press.
Also,you can’t reinstall XP unless you’ve got a copy, either in a restore partition on your disk or a on CD, that the new installation can get the files from.
