This product slowed my internet down to a halt. I had to wait for at least 3 minutes just to open the internet explorer browser (My systems is windows XP Service package #3). Customer service was a joke and I had to wait for almost 40 minutes just to chat with them and they were not helpful. I ended up uninstall the software and buy Norton instead.

For those who are using Internet Explorer 8, be warned that there is a real problem with the KAS 2010. Do yourself a favor and Google this particular problem before you're buying this product; it will save you a lot of frustrations in dealing with a product that is flawed and shouldn't be released in the first place (or at least the problem is fixed).

Despite all of the recent good reviews, I found that KAS 2010 is the worst anti virus software that I had ever used.

So far so good. At the same time I added new ram and additional gb, so it’s hard to tell which has improved my speed to what degree.

This is a great anti-virus program have 2009 on one computer and replacing with this product on other computers.

Kaspersky Anti-Virus works well without using an unreasonable amount of system resources at a reasonable cost. Rating: 5 / 5
