It’s Windows Vista Home Premium. I’ve tried password reset disk. No Luck. Please please please help me! Much appreciated.

When I try and install 4OD on Vista I get the following message – how do I get round it;

Error 1920.Service KService (KService) failed to start.
Verify that you have sufficient privileges to start system services.

Please someone help!

My friend has windows 7 and he as forgot his login password, I have a windows 7 disk but I would only want to format everything if that is all that I could do. is there any way to get that password or login to the administrator account without re-installing windows?

I have lost the administrator password to my Windows 7 password, It prompts me for an admin or power on password at boot and i put in 1234 and it lets me in but on a guest account. Any help to crack the admin password and regain control of the pc without wiping any data would be great.
