Everytime I download a keygen for a program that I know for a fact is safe, vista turns around and deletes it. I have UAC off, I have all of my normal spyware off, and my firewall off, what else can I do?

WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\CONFIG\SYSTEM” is:
A. Copy the System file from the XP CD in the Recovery Console.
B. Replace the registry hives with backed up copies in the Recovery Console.
C. Rename the CONFIG folder to OLDCONFIG in the Recovery Console and Reboot. Windows will create a new one.
D. Run CHKDSK /R from the Recovery Console, and reboot.
