My Olympus digital camera has software which I downloaded on to my new PC which has Windows 7. The PC obviously does not recognise the connection as I keep getting a message saying it can’t find a digital camera, can anyone help please.

I can’t figure out how to use my new digital camera that records in HD to record directly to my new Windows 7 laptop. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you.
