Installing Windows 7 on a foreign computer?

The only problem is that his daughters laptop is in german and my windows 7 version is in english.
Would this make his laptop english or would he be able to change it back to german after the upgrade?

i am running windows xp 2009 if i upgrade to windows 7 ultimate will i lose the Chinese language, the system is in english.

I have 1 laptop that already has Windows Vista Home Premium installed. Is it possible for me to, at the same time, install Windows Vista Home Basic Spanish? If so, how? Thanks.
