A Friends new lap top has Vista on it and installed via optimized. When she tries to save a web page it goes to My Pictures and does not give an option to browse to another location. Is there a way to change this to allow browsing to other locations?

I have a laptop using WIndows 7, and I am currently using it to display something for a booth I am working. Unfortunately, within 20 minutes the computer goes into standby mode, and I can’t seem to do anything about this. I can disable the screen saver, but nowhere can I find an option for standby mode. Could anybody help me out with this?
