2. With your mouse, hover over Active Protection Status (This should be enabled).<br />

<p><strong>Ewido Security Suite (EwidoGuard)</strong></p>
<p>* Launch Ewido and in the main window click &#8220;Realtime protection&#8221; (in green indicating &#8220;Active&#8221;) to change to inactive.</p>
<p><strong>MS AntiSpyware (MSAS) Beta</strong></p>
<p>1. Right-click on the Microsoft Anti-Spyware icon in the system tray [it's the one with the red and yellow bulls-eye].<br />
2. Click on &#8220;Security Agents Status&#8221;.<br />
3. Click on &#8220;Disable real-time protection&#8221;.</p>
<p>* Next right-click on the Microsoft Anti-Spyware icon in the system tray again to open Microsoft Anti-Spyware.<br />
o a. Click on the Options menu and choose Settings.<br />
b. In the left pane column click on &#8220;Real Time Protection&#8221;.<br />
c. Under Startup Options, uncheck &#8220;Enable (MSAS) Security Agents on startup (recommended)&#8221;<br />

</strong><br />
1. Right click on the Prevx icon in the system tray at the bottom-right corner of your screen and choose Show Management Console.<br />
2. On the Management Console click the Protection Level drop-down menu.</p>
<p>You will see three levels:<br />

User Defined<br />
3. To disable all protection set the level to Off. You will receive a prompt asking &#8220;You are about to change your security settings. Do you wish to continue?&#8221; Click Yes.<br />
4. Click the X on the upper right hand corner to exit the Management console.</p>
<p>After the cleaning is completed, repeat the steps above, setting the level to Maximum in order to reenable protection.</p>
<p><strong>Spybot S&amp;D (Teatimer)</strong></p>
<p>1. Run Spybot-S&amp;D in Advanced Mode.<br />
2. If it is not already set to do this Go to the Mode menu select &#8220;Advanced Mode&#8221;<br />
3. On the left hand side, Click on Tools<br />
4. Then click on the Resident Icon in the List<br />
5. Uncheck &#8220;Resident TeaTimer&#8221; and OK any prompts.<br />
6. Restart your computer.</p>
<p><strong>SpySweeper</strong></p>
<p>1. Open Spysweeper and click on Options &gt; Program Options and uncheck &#8220;load at windows startup&#8221;.<br />
2. On the left click &#8220;shields&#8221; and then uncheck everything there.<br />
3. Uncheck &#8220;home page shield&#8221;.<br />
4. Uncheck &#8220;automatically restore default without notification&#8221;.<br />
5. Exit the program.</p>

<p>1. From within Spyware Doctor, click the &#8220;OnGuard&#8221; button on the left side.<br />
2. Uncheck &#8220;Activate OnGuard&#8221;.</p>

* The black works will change to red, &gt;&gt; Virus Shield is disabled.<br />
* Move mouse arrow to the top right corner and click the down arrows.<br />

Please navigate to the system tray and double-click the taskbar icon to open Security Center.</p>
<p>* Click Advanced Menu (bottom mid-left).<br />

<p>* Right-click the Norton 360 icon in the system tray and select Open Tasks and<br />

* Uncheck Turn on Auto-Protect and select Apply.<br />
