I hear that Hewlett Packard or Compaq, have Windows preinstalled on an area of the main hard drive, but what if your main drive gets screwed up, and you have to replace it, how do you get your windows 7 back on the new hard drive?

Hi im gonna get windows 7 for free and i need to know if microsoft offie comes free preinstalled with it.

I would like to buy a new windows 7 laptop, but the mayority of them are windows 7 preinstalled or preloaded. Can anyone tell me what this means? Thanks alot.

I recently had my laptop reprogrammed to Windows 7 and I would like to get back to vista, but my recovery disks are no longer working because my notebook’s motherboard was replaced by HP. Can I just get any windows vista DVD installer (vista starter, or vista basic) and use the product key of the preinstalled vista to install vista? Thanks!
