I got a new laptop with Vista Business. I cannot seem to find the option to change the colour theme or transparency option like I did on my old laptop(Home edition vista).

There is 5 user accounts altogether on this computer using Windows Vista and I want to change my theme for it, so it looks different.
How do i change it but so it only affects MY user account and not anyone elses on the computer?

Also I want this to only be seen on my account only so it doesnt come up with the theme when you log onto someone else’s account because my sister doesnt liket he look of it…
