I bought this game, its a game and learning touch typing is after thought. I’m lost by the bells and whistle, i.e. which flag or country to travel into and more important where to just get help on jumping right into touch typing. Its Main screen has too much going on, too much too look at, I just want to type something without constantly playing travel games.
I want to skip the abc typing start point and jump right into touch typing… I have no way to this yet. Navigating through all the travel features are way off course. This is OK for the 2 finger learner…. not if you want to take touch typing to the next level …

Tried using on a mac and it said that I need admin privledges. I am running as an administrator. Tried using web site for support.This product is not even listed. Trying calling and waiting on hold. No one ever answers. Left message for tech support. They never called me back. Stay away from this product and this company!!!!!

Installed on a Mac (OSX 10.5). Several bugs including user progress could not be saved. Tried contacting customer support several times without success. Returning for refund.
Due to the horrible customer support, I could not recommend buying programs by Individual Software.

I was a “hunt and peck” typist…so I was very sceptical about this product. It works great and I am touch typing with my speed increasing every couple of days. It makes typing so much fun also.

Well my dad had always been saying that he wanted to type faster. And after 2 months of using the software he’s improved. The trick is to actually commit some time to it. I too actually used it to see how fast I was and took a test. Not outstanding but hit about 43 words per minute. Good program
