I want to find a small form factor pc(micro or pico) capable of running win xp. I can find mini pcs running win ce but my applications have to run on win xp.

you can by emachines for 399 that runs windows xp
just look for somthing on ebay that has alteast 500mhz of processor and 64mb of ram, that is the minimum
you can get one for alteast £50
alright screw ebay go to http://www.newegg.com you could find a cpu and mobo that would run XP from $80-150(maybe less)
