To move from Vista to Windows 7, you need to purchase an upgrade version of Windows 7. This is when you would choose to upgrade to the appropriate edition of Windows 7, which you can find here - http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows7/help/upgrading-from-windows-vista-to-windows-7. Once you have Windows 7, you can use a one-time Anytime Upgrade to move from say Windows 7 Starter to Windows 7 Home Premium. This is not what you need at this time.
