Hey, I have Windows Vista Home. So, my dad set up parental controls. I can access programs like my cd games and the internet, but some have the parental controls sign. Is there a way to set things, so you can access it without parental password. I allowed everything, but I still need an administrator password. Also, tell me what programs do need a password and what doesn’t need one. Thanks.

you have tou have the admin’s password, he can control whos accounts can access what applications
Hey Henwin-
Jeff here with the Windows Outreach Team. Unless you have administrator access to the computer, you will not be able to circumvent the settings put in place by the administrator to access whatever programs the administrator has put restrictions on. As for which programs need a password and which ones do not, that again is also up to whoever has administrator access. There is no set list of which programs do and which ones do not need a password.
